Store Policies

 

 

RETURNS POLICY:  All of our products are fully guaranteed and we will gladly refund/exchange any "unworn" item within 30 days of purchase. This guarantee does not include any closeout items.  All sales are final on closeout items.  All items must be in same condition as received with tags attached. No returns will be accepted on items that have been worn or used.  All returns should include a copy of the original invoice with item being returned and/or exchanged clearly marked.  The new size requested and/or exchange leotard should also be noted directly on the invoice copy.   Please add delivery confirmation to your package as it is the buyer's reponsibility to provide proof of mailing and delivery if needed.  Although customer must pay shipping to have any items shipped back to us, we will reship any exchanges via USPS first class mail at our expense.

SHIPPING POLICY:  All orders are shipped via USPS first-class or priority mail, depending on the customer's selection at time of order.  We ship most orders within 3 business days.  Orders received after 5:00 pm central timezone are considered as received on the following business day.  Large orders or orders during "seasonal" times of the year may take slightly longer.  USPS delivery times vary, but most priority mail orders require 2-3 transit days and most first-class orders require 3-5 transit days.  Orders placed to Canada are usually 6-10 business days.  Please keep in mind that these transit days are in addition to the time required to process your order.  When shipping to Canada, we will supply you with a customs number, but this number can no longer be used for tracking your package.  Unless priority mail to Canada is chosen, shipping is at buyer's risk as we cannot track or insure your package.  Unfortunately, we are not currently shipping outside of the United States and Canada

 

We will do our best to expedite processing of an order if you contact us immediately.  We will not, however, expedite an order unless USPS priority shipping is chosen.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:  We self-insure all packages shipped, with the exception of any packages shipped outside of the United States (see below comment in red for these packages.)  This insurance will be the same coverage as USPS insurance without the cost, however, it has the same limitations.  This insurance covers any package from non-delivery or damage.  Please note that once USPS marks a package "delivered", it is considered "delivered" by Jillybeans Leotards as well as USPS.  Our low shipping cost cannot and does not insure any package against theft or mis-delivery.  If you require this special coverage, you must contact us before purchasing and pay for additional coverage, including signature confirmation.  This additional coverage will depend on the cost of your ordered items.   Any notification of a non-delivered or damaged package must be made in a timely fashion.  We must have notice of package non-delivery no later than 2 weeks from order date.  There are no exceptions to this policy!  Again, any packages shipped outside the United States cannot be insured, nor can they be tracked.  (A customs number will be given, but I have recently been informed that this cannot be used to track packages.)  Any packages shipped outside the United States are done so at buyer's own risk. Again, no exceptions to this policy!

 

A USPS tracking number is given to every United States customer at time of shipment.  This tracking number comes from Stamps.com and JBA Sportswear and is, unfortunately, often sent to a customer's spam mailbox.  This tracking number is also available on our website, however, at time of shipment.  Simply go to our homepage and select the "service" link at the top of the page.  Instructions will ask for your confirmation number.  Once this is entered, a USPS delivery confirmation number will be given.  Please go to USPS.com with this number to check on delivery status.

 

SIZING:  Our sizing chart is below.  Please note that torso is the most important measurement.  To measure torso:  Using a tape measure, start at one shoulder, bring the tape down the front, thru crotch, and back up to same shoulder.  (Be sure to bring the tape "over" the tummy and press into the small of the back.)  If at the high end of the torso measurement, we recommend going up a size. 

 

The shoulder to crotch measurement given on our sizing chart is an "unstretched" leotard measurement, not a measurement of your child.  Note that this is not a "shoulder to seam" measurement, it is a "shoulder to bottom of leotard" measurement.  If you have a leotard at home that fits your child well, sometimes you can use this measurement to double-check your sizing choice.
